Our Name

So why are we called Riverside Church?

We used to meet in a building near to the River Tone but now we think more about the river pictured in Ezekiel 47 which flows from the temple of God and which brings life wherever it goes.

"Fruit trees of all kinds will grow on both banks of the river.  Their leaves will not wither, nor will their fruit fail".
